Emma is a naturopath and holistic nutritionist who empowers and supports her clients on their journey to improved health and wellbeing. She utilises her training in dietary approaches, nutritional supplementation, herbal medicine and lifestyle modification to provide her clients with a personalised approach that will best cater to their needs, goals and current health status.

Emma earned her diploma in holistic nutrition from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, Canada and continued her studies to graduate as a naturopath from the Endeavour College of Natural Health in Sydney, Australia. Currently, she lives on the west coast of Canada and consults with clients through her online naturopathic business Osha Health.

Emma is especially passionate about using herbal medicine to nourish the body and assist with energy, mood, immunity, digestion and prevention of chronic disease. She loves sharing simple and practical ways that people can incorporate herbs into their daily practices to enhance their health. Prior to entering the health field, Emma was an elementary school teacher, and she currently teaches herbal medicine to nutrition students at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

Originally from Australia and in my early 30s, I am loving life in a trailer on a farm on Vancouver Island. Being immersed in the forests, mountains and beaches of this beautiful part of the world brings me an enormous amount of joy.”
