Mental Health Therapy for Anxiety, ADHD, Depression & Life Transitions
I am a mental health therapist with extensive experience supporting children, youth, young adults, adults, and families across a wide range of mental health concerns. I completed my Master’s degree in 2015, with a specialization in Children and Families through the University of Toronto. I also hold foundational training from Toronto Metropolitan University grounded in an Anti-Oppressive Practice (AOP) framework, which informs my understanding of how identity, background, systems, and lived experience shape who we are and the stories we carry.
I have facilitated DBT skills groups, worked extensively in school settings, and supported children and youth experiencing complex emotional and behavioural challenges. A significant part of my work has involved supporting high-risk youth, including regular screening for suicidal ideation and psychosis. I am very comfortable with risk assessment and safety planning, and I approach this work with care, clarity, and compassion.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, client-led, and strengths-based. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to meet you where you are, honour your experiences, and support you in moving toward meaningful change. We work at a pace that feels manageable, using your values, goals, and insights as our guide.
I am a social, relational therapist who values consistency and connection. I work well with clients who benefit from structure and ongoing support, including monthly virtual check-ins. Evening appointments are available, and virtual therapy is a core part of my practice.
