Hi I'm Nacima
Nacima Brown, RSW, BSW Counsellor in Ontario
If you are healing from difficult life changes, intimate partner violence or court involvement you deserve a therapist who truly understands. With over 15 years of experience, I offer a compassionate, no-judgment space where you’re empowered to take charge of your healing.
From Power Struggles to Connection: Practical Tools for Parent & Child Regulation
I value building strong, trusting relationships and supporting individuals and families with practical tools to strengthen emotional awareness, regulation, and connection. I want my clients to know that they are not alone, and that meaningful growth and change are always possible with the right support.
I live and breathe Anti-Oppressive Practice (AOP). I understand firsthand how systemic barriers can work against individuals, and my goal is to actively help decolonize therapy for the people I serve. My role includes admitting that I don’t know it all, but I am deeply committed to doing my best to learn, unlearn, and meet you exactly where you are at.
My goal is to provide a space where you can truly come as you are. In our sessions, you will find a space free of judgment and shame, where trust allows you to be vulnerable. Ultimately, my hope is that you leave every session feeling lighter, more supported, and genuinely heard.
