Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here, and we want to make your very first step as warm, easy, and stress-free as possible. There’s absolutely no need to prepare anything for your first session, just bring yourself and whatever helps you feel comfortable!Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive a quick electronic intake form through our Jane portal to help give your therapist a little context ahead of time. Please feel free to fill it out to the best of your ability, but don't worry if you aren't sure about any part of it; your therapist can easily walk through the remaining details with you during your session. No physical paperwork is required unless you’d like to bring personal notes.Your therapist will gently guide the conversation, listen to your story, and take the time to get on the same page about your goals and what your journey together might look like. They will also talk through important details like confidentiality and their role so you feel completely safe and informed. We’re truly honored to support you and are here to make every step of this process feel safe, smooth, and welcoming.
